This is a conference for early career members. As we anticipate the impact of the Janus decision, it is impossible to overstate the importance of helping our newer members to develop a strong connection to the union and a strong sense of union value. The program is designed to:

(2) introduce early career members to the benefits of union membership

Participants will have the opportunity to pick and choose from a menu of half-hour mini-workshops on a wide range of subjects
A partial list of the mini-workshops offered includes:
- Moderated discussion groups focusing on the needs of early career members (this will be the only hour-long session of the day)
- Career Planning: Where do I want to be in 25 years and how do I get there?
- The Perils Posed by Social Media
